1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The product is unused and in its original packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
- Items without original packaging

4. Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund
- Refund will be issued within 5–7 business days
5. Refund Method
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be processed via bank transfer (customer must provide bank details)
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
